Seattle's Walkable Neighborhoods


People who are relocating to Seattle, whether it be from out of the State or from within the State, always ask us which neighborhoods are best. And we always respond with, what are you looking for? And the answer we get most often? Walkable. We are finding that most people are wanting to live urban in a neighborhood where they are close to restaurants, services, cafes, bars, shops and more.

Although we certainly have our favorites, Seattle Magazine has put together their list of the best walkable neighborhoods and given you their reasons why.

Westlake Avenue North, South Lake Union
12th Avenue, Capitol Hill
Greenwood Avenue North, PhinneyWood
24th Avenue Northwest, Ballard
