CNNMoney.com put out their list of America's Best Small Cities to Live in 2010. And coming in #4 was Bellevue!
According to CNNMoney.com, Bellevue's beautiful scenery, low jobless rate, influx of jobs (Bellevue has more jobs than it does residents), high ranking high schools, diverse population, arts, and spattering of parks make it a winner.
