The Lumen condo auction took place this weekend and they were able to sell all but 1 unit through this process.
The average price/square foot of sold homes was $345 with an average of 10 bids per home.
To put things in perspective, homes sold for an average of 61% of their original price and an average of 136% of the starting bid prices.
The least expensive condo sold for $275,000 and the most expensive unit to sell went for $560,000, with the average sales price right around $360,000. And this was for brand new construction condos in a concrete and steel building. Not bad!
